基于信息標簽體系的人員崗位匹配方法研究

摘要： 人力資源管理信息化，既是信息化建設的重要內容，又是重要支撐和保證。隨著人力資源數據不斷積累，如何借助先進的科學技術從海量數據中挖掘出有價值的信息是當前研究領域的熱點問題之一。本文依托于人力資源數據，提出了基于雙向長短時記憶網絡的圖采樣聚合模型生成模型標簽，并構建了崗位和人員信息標簽體系；提出了兩種人崗匹配方法，實現了智能化的人員崗位匹配。實驗表明，本文提出的模型方法取得了較好的效果，為相關數據信息的有效組織與管理提供了一種良好的解決方案，并為實現人力資源的智能化管理提供了有效借鑒。

Study on staffer-post matching methods based on information tag hierarchy

Abstract： The information of human resource management is not only a significant content of information construction, but also an important support and guarantee. As human resource data keep accumulating, how to extract valuable information from massive data with the help of advanced science and technology is one of the hot issues in the current research field. Relying on human resource data, this paper proposed BGS model to generate model tags, constructed post and staffer information tag hierarchies, and proposed two methods to realize intelligent staffer-post matching. Experiments show that the proposed models and methods achieve better performance, providing a solution for the construction of the post and staffer information tag hierarchies, and providing an effective reference for the intelligent management of human resources.

引言
“為治之要，莫先于用人。”黨的十八大以來，關于如何識才、愛才、育才、用才以及人才工作機制改革等問題也越來越受到重視。通過深入調研與分析，當前各級業務部門在干部考核選拔和抓人才隊伍建設方面，往往還是靠工作經驗、主觀判斷和定性分析等傳統方法。不僅缺乏系統科學的信息化輔助手段，使得對人員歷史信息掌握不連貫、考核評價千人一面、方法手段低效滯后，還嚴重影響了干部選拔任用工作質量層次。同時，隨著大數據的應用范圍不斷拓展延伸以及信息化建設逐漸展開，專業門類越來越多，崗位分工越來越細，現行的人力資源管理模式手段已難以適應科學化、精細化管理要求。
本文運用數據挖掘、人工智能等先進理念和技術，加強信息數據深度開發。通過對人員和崗位信息進行標簽化處理，構建崗位和人員的信息標簽體系，并根據信息標簽體系表現出的樹圖形式，將人崗匹配問題轉化為圖匹配問題，設計了兩種人崗匹配方法，實現了人員崗位的智能化、科學化、精準化匹配，以推動人力資源管理的現代化進程。
