5G+邊緣計算在智能汽車柔性制造中的應用

摘要: 自動駕駛、車路協同以及互聯網技術的發展催生了互聯網造車新勢力,促進了網聯車大生態的打造。針對智能汽車制造業,以全流程智能化改造和行業數字化提升為重點,依托5G+工業互聯網以及人工智能技術,對制造業進行“數字化改造”實踐,提升數據賦能水平。通過5G網絡化升級,實現設備端、工廠端、企業端、跨企業端網絡化5G改造,增強產業鏈信息互聯能力。通過人工智能化技術以及邊緣計算技術,以生產工具智能化與決策手段智能化為抓手,提高優化企業資源配置效率,實現智能汽車的柔性制造。

Abstract: The development of autonomous driving, vehicle-road collaboration and Internet technology has given birth to the new power of Internet car building and promoted the building of a grand ecosystem of networked cars. This paper focuses on the intelligent automobile manufacturing industry, focuses on the digital upgrading of the industry and the intelligent transformation of the whole process, and relies on 5G + industrial Internet and artificial intelligence technology to carry out the practice of "digital transformation", focusing on the digital transformation of automobile business process and other aspects to improve the level of data empowerment. Through 5G networking upgrading, with equipment-end, factory-end, enterprise-end and inter-enterprise networking 5G upgrading as the focus, industrial chain connectivity will be enhanced. Through artificial intelligence technology and edge computing technology, focusing on the intelligence of production tools and decision-making means, the efficiency of enterprise resource allocation is improved to realize the flexible manufacturing of intelligent vehicles.

0 引言
互聯網思維造車是近幾年涌現出來的造車新勢力,互聯網化的組織形態代表了高效的敏捷開發,支持開放共享、用戶參與,助力打破產業圍墻。互聯網思維的引入使得以消費者為主導的生產方式正在引導我國汽車制造業逐步從單品種、大量生產方式向多品種、中小批量及“變種變量”的生產方式過渡,柔性制造是適應這種轉變的最佳制造方式[1]。近年來,車聯網、智能汽車、自動駕駛等行業的快速發展也推動了汽車產業由高速增長階段轉向高質量增長階段轉變,為了加快汽車產業變革,政府也在積極推動智能制造、柔性制造快速發展。目前我國汽車智能制造與柔性制造轉型處于初級階段,在國家政策的推動下,國內各大車企對生產線進行智能化改造與升級,疫情期間,比亞迪快速改造汽車生產線進行防疫制造展現了中國柔性制造的進步。近幾年,5G網絡、人工智能、邊緣計算等新技術與汽車制造行業的有機結合,對于推動互聯網造車新生態,實現智能汽車柔性制造、自動駕駛與汽車制造的有機結合至關重要,本文將對此展開論述。
